There’s something amazing happening behind the closed doors of our organisations. A new breed of professional women is quietly emerging.

And whilst we might not be able to tell the difference until we dig a bit deeper under your professional attire and behaviour, we keep being reassured – we’re not alone at Azkua.

Sisterhood moments

When we recognize each other as like minded purpose driven professional women there is a profound sisterhood moment. A glimpse of the potential in the air. The potential of us women truly stepping into our power, following our gut and truth. And we return to our work places and homes reinvigorated, reassured and committed to keep going and doing what’s right over what’s easy.

I started calling us ”wholistic in high heels” and many of you laughed in recognition at the term. We’re the kind of women who combine deadlines with mindfulness, influence with purpose, and power with care.

How refreshing it feels to openly own our strengths and our weaknesses, our hopes and our doubts, to share being so truly unique and yet so similar.

Sacred yet fleeting moments

We wish there would be more moments like these in our lives and careers. We long to replenish our buckets on a regular basis. With a group of like minded women intent on growing into their very own best self too.

Well, here’s the good news. You don’t have to leave these meetings to chance any longer. You can grab hold of the magic and create a sacred community of your very own.

Creating a Sacred Community in six steps

Here’s how:

Step 1: Identify at least one and ideally a few inspirational women in your network. Women who inspire, empower and energise you.

Step 2: Reach out to them and invite them to meet with you regularly (about once a month) to share ideas, challenges and successes

Step 3: Set some ground rules – how you all wish to show up for each other – and make them clear from the start.

Step 4: Reserve the time and day in your calendar and protect it against all outer influences. This is special ME-time and no-thing or no-one should become between you and your group.

Step 5:  Be real. Share real examples and ask for what you need.

Step 6: Enjoy, be held, encouraged and ultimately transformed to become more of yourself.

Let us know how you are getting on with your group or book yourself a complimentary coaching session and let us help you brainstorm you initial idea.

And if you’d rather join an existing group hop over to LinkedIn and join Azkua Lead The Change.

We’d love to see you there.

Till soon,
