But as Dr Phil says, if you want to break a bad habit, you need to replace it with a good habit. But how? And what are the good habits that we want to create?
In this workshop we give you the tools to create your well-being, and you’ll leave with a plan to create your better habits. Each of you will get a bespoke plan, just for you.
