Session 1 – Tuesday, 3rd Nov

Burnout First Aid – Mental Fitness
Manuela

Despite rest, exercise, plenty of sleep and lots of self-compassion, one thing we need to investigate to create healthy work-life practices for ourselves is our mental fitness. What triggers us into overworking ourselves, what mindsets and habits lead us to burnout? In this workshop you will discover how we tend to sabotage our own wellbeing and work life balance and how we can escape the downward spiral into a new area of balance and fulfilled rather than harried success.

Perfectionism
Vassia

Perfectionism is not about delivering perfect results – it’s the stress resulting from a feeling that we are never enough and we should always try for more. Join us in this workshop and see how Perfectionism can drive us to exhaustion, stress, broken relationships, indecisiveness, procrastination, burnout, even depression: the roots, the toxic behaviors, the negative thinking.
Join us to find out how to break the unhealthy perfectionism and find more inner peace and work-life balance.

Well-Being: What is it? How do we create it?
Amber

We all know that stress and burnout are bad for us. We all have some habits that we’d like to change. But as Dr Phil says, if you want to break a bad habit, you need to replace it with a good habit. But how? And what are the good habits that we want to create?
In this workshop we give you the tools to create your well-being, and you’ll leave with a plan to create your better habits. Each of you will get a bespoke plan, just for you. We are all unique so our plan needs to be unique too.

Strengths & Interdependence (Belonging and Connection)
Dovile

We all have a fundamental need to contribute. So what happens when we feel what we are contributing is either not aligned with what is important to us or it does not have an impact on what we want? We feel our energy depleting, we start disengaging from what we do and joy starts to slip away, potentially leaving us at the brink of burnout. Join us in this workshop to explore how your natural talents influence your energy and engagement with what you do and how you can make sure that you align yourself with the work that helps you to bring out the
contribution that infuses you with energy.

Shifting out of SuperwoMan and activating your centre of self-care
Dagmar

During the first part of this workshop you will understand the symptoms, benefits, and costs of acting in Superwoman mode, and you’re going to “retire” her. In the second part, you discover your centre of self-care and what it brings you. You’re going to activate your self-care power, set an intention and leave with concrete next steps. You’ll achieve this with the help of several embodiment and visualisation exercises, a bit of theoretical input, and co-learning from the other
participants.

Creating A Life With Purpose

Alberto Gonzalez Otero

Uncover your purpose.
Why do you wake up in the morning? Have you ever asked yourself this simple question? Most people just go with the flow. They do stuff without thinking that much why they do it. Or they think too much about what they want to do but they don’t take any action. In this workshop, you will understand why having a clear sense of purpose is important and how can it help you get the direction you need after suffering from a burn out. In this interactive session, you will get access to a tool that will help you get clarity on your own purpose. After this, you’ll get closer to uncover why you do want to wake up every morning.
